- The position is a lead position provides management and oversight to the Pharmacy Call Center agents to ensure the delivery of quality service in line with agreed KPIs to provide a first call patient experience.
- The position is responsible for developing a highly engaged and productive team. This position should oversee call centre operational performance in terms of the Pharmacy metrics and ensure it is functioning at its best capacity.
- Monitors daily activities and manages work schedules to ensure that quality, production and customer service standards are maintained.
- This position is also required to analyse complex data and identify gaps and areas of improvement as well as areas for taking initiatives forward to improve and ensure operational efficiencies.
