- Participate in an 18 month rotational development programme, completing learning objectives for each department.
- Support daily operational tasks as an active team member during each rotation.
- Attend regular check ins with mentors and HR, completing all required assessments and progress reviews.
- Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and continuous learning throughout the programme.
- Contribute to team workload, deliver tasks on time, and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Prepare for successful transition into a permanent role by developing broad organisational understanding and skills.
- High school graduate
- Basic understanding of office administration, business operations, and professional workplace etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Good organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and basic reporting abilities
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to follow processes and escalate issues appropriately
