- Take ownership of EY's net fare product worldwide. Evaluate the usage, success and necessity in all markets.
- Ensure that net fares are not being misused to undercut EY's own offer and if necessary, take actions against it
- Develop and implement products for strategic niche segments (e.g. embassies, marine business or students), that support additional revenue generation, aligned with overall company goals
- Create documents that assist sales teams in selling our product (e.g. New destinations…)
- Review performance of our B2B products and keep continuous exchange with the market teams and BDU's to make enhancements if needed and continuously develop Etihad's offering
- Drive positive engagement with frontline sales, revenue management, BDU's and other stakeholders
- Manage and oversee Implementation and Project Management team in analyzing ETIHAD requirements and processes
- Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support, in charge of a team to get the objective accomplished
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Assess project and program management principles, methods and techniques, interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure all ETIHAD policies and procedures are adhered including but not limited to, Security, HR, Operations, and Legal
- University degree in a related discipline and +7 years work experience in a related fieldSales experience, or experience in supporting a field sales organisation required
- Strong team player, with cultural awareness & understanding required
- Excellent grasp of broader commercial and revenue knowledge required
- Fully conversant with key principles underpinning sales products and programs
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with pricing models, legal contracts, and sales policies is a plus.
- Strong analytical background: Ability to synthesise performance data in a meaningful way - both verbally and in writing required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Project skills desired
