- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the Division & Sales Manager.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage the distribution of our products in assigned territories, ensuring availability and visibility on shelves.
- Conduct negotiations with customers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Oracle and CRM systems for order processing, customer management, and reporting.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or complaints from customers.
- 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on managing distribution channels for Modern Trade.
- Experience selling Baby & Personal Care products is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Proficiency in Oracle and CRM software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Innovative and creative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must own a car and possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Monthly Commission: On achieving monthly set KPIs
