Location: Dubai (On-site)Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to users via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist customers with account issues, deposits/withdrawals, KYC verification, and trading-related queries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Monitor support queues and ensure all requests are handled within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with compliance, product, and technical teams to resolve user issues.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on platform features, crypto market trends, and internal processes.
- Previous experience in customer support within crypto services.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, exchanges, wallets, and basic trading concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle high-volume support environments and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
- Proactive, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.
