Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6
Prepare detailed project plans, including resource & cost loading
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
Identify delays and propose recovery/mitigation plans
Coordinate with site, production, procurement, and design teams
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Conduct variance analysis (planned vs actual progress)
Assist in preparation of lookahead schedules (2-week / 4-week)
Support project team in planning strategies and execution methods
Analyze critical path and provide recommendations to avoid delays
Participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or relevant)
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Experience in construction / steel fabrication / PEB / façade / oil & gas / fit-out / GRC/GRP / aluminium
Good understanding of project lifecycle and execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
Experience in UAE / KSA projects
Knowledge of baseline, EOT, delay claims
