- Generate and Qualify Global B2B Leads: Identify and reach out to prospective business partners across international markets especially e-commerce retailers, influencers, and brand owners - with the potential to benefit from our white-label Print-on-Demand services.
- Educate and Engage Prospects: Craft compelling outreach sequences that clearly convey the value proposition of our solution. Lead discovery conversations to uncover prospect needs and pain points.
- Nurture Sales Opportunities: Build relationships through provocative and consultative selling and personalized follow-ups. Maintain consistent and meaningful communication that guides prospects through the sales funnel until handoff to Business Development Representatives or Account Managers.
- Pitch with Precision: Tailor your approach depending on industry, geography, or business model (e.g. dropshipping, influencer merch, D2C brands), always communicating our platform’s benefits with clarity and confidence.
- Track and Optimize Performance: Utilize CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to monitor activity, report results, and test strategies for continuous improvement.
- Proven SDR or B2B Sales Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably within the SaaS, e-commerce. Familiarity with POD (print-on-demand), D2C, or marketplaces like Shopify, Etsy, or Amazon is a strong plus.
- Global Market Understanding: Ability to work across time zones and cultures. Understanding of buyer behavior in different regions, with a focus on North America, Europe.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- AI and Tech-Savviness: Comfort using modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach automation, data enrichment tools) and an eagerness to stay updated on trends in AI, digital commerce, and product customization.
- Goal-Driven and Self-Motivated: You thrive in high-velocity environments, are comfortable with KPIs, and continuously seek ways to improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
- Resilience and Resourcefulness: You know how to handle objections, experiment with outreach formats, and adapt messaging based on data and feedback.
