- Supervise and guide workshop staff in fabrication, assembly, and fitting tasks
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
- Monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment availability
- Provide updates to the Ground Supervisor or Project Manager
- Maintain safety and discipline on the shop floor
- 1–3 years’ experience as a foreman or team lead (skilled candidates with less experience may apply)
