- Supervise maintenance teams and allocate time, tools, and materials to complete work orders
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, kitchen, carpentry, painting, audio visual, and fire life safety systems
- Execute condition based maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines
- Monitor and maintain hotel rooms, public areas, recreational water systems, and exterior resort features
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including use of protective equipment
- Escalate technical issues to senior facilities management when required
- Maintain tools and ensure calibration standards are up to date
- Train and mentor team members in maintenance best practices
- Respond effectively during building emergencies and provide shift coverage
- Minimum 10 years of facilities maintenance experience or relevant technical education combined with practical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple technical trades
- Experience in both preventive and reactive maintenance programs
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in restricted access areas
- Solid communication skills and willingness to support team members
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
