- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business objectives.
- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Implement SEO best practices for enhanced content visibility across online platforms.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
- Produce insightful market reports and analyses showcasing industry expertise.
- Craft engaging property descriptions, highlighting unique selling points to attract buyers.
- Develop informative content pieces, including guides, articles, and blog posts, educating clients on real estate trends.
- Manage social media, curating content to engage and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with customer service teams for consistent messaging and effective client communication.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and adjust content performance strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure all real estate content complies with legal and regulatory standards, including fair housing laws.
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language, either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.
- UAE Driving License
- Have Good knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
