- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, design engineers, and project specifiers
- Ensure early-stage product positioning and inclusion in project specifications
- Conduct technical meetings, design discussions, and presentations to secure approvals
- Support consultants with technical documentation, datasheets, compliance certificates, and submittals
- Expedite consultant approvals and maintain structured CRM records
- Coordinate senior-level meetings to strengthen long-term consultant partnerships
- Track HVAC market trends, consultant preferences, and project pipelines in KSA and UAE
- Monitor regulatory updates and specification requirements
- Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and positioning
- Provide internal reports highlighting opportunities, risks, and consultant activity
- Work closely with sales teams on project follow-ups and technical support
- Support prequalification processes, technical submittals, and compliance documentation
- Assist with government registrations, including oil & gas sector entities
- Deliver CPDs, technical seminars, and product presentations to consultants and FM companies
- Participate in industry forums and exhibitions (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, HVAC expos)
- Share market and consultant feedback with the engineering team
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on brochures, presentations, case studies, and HVAC-focused content
- Support targeted marketing campaigns for consultants and engineering firms
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP technical marketing or consultant-driven sales in the Gulf region (KSA experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products (VAV, AHU, FCU, diffusers, dampers, controls, etc.)
- Proven experience working with MEP consultants in KSA or UAE
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute, proactive, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel between KSA and UAE
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong English communication skills required
- Should be based in Dubai working on KSA projects with consultant.
