  • Target transactional business opportunities within the market for multiple products which linked to our local
UAE Strategy.
  • Have a passion and customer portfolio to have diverse selling capabilities through all products like Sea
Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight or Contract Logistics.
  • Develop strong relationship with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect.
  • Ensure customer communication is pro-active and of the highest standard possible.
  • Assist in the development of new business with existing customers that could be allocated to you for further
development.
  • Ensure that all customer data is entered into the reporting system.
  • Be the leader and driver for all RFQs that you are handling, using the support of Sales Support, Freight and
Warehousing Operations team to increase the winning ratio.
  • Provide detailed and coordinated handover to Customer Services Department on business award.
  • Constantly be in touch with your gained customers to ensure that joint support from our company is provided from a Sales aspect and that joint involved departments are all working collaboratively towards the customer’s
interests and improving our service deliverables to the customer.
  • Contribute towards the development of the company QMS.
  • Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies / procedures.
  • Act as a key account manager for particular accounts by identifying new sales opportunities within existing account(s)
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders in other departments working on the same account.
