- Manage and oversee the end-to-end license renewal process, ensuring adherence to local laws and government policies.
- Review and verify renewal applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all licenses, tracking expiration dates and sending timely renewal reminders.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including businesses and individuals, to guide them through renewal requirements and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory bodies to streamline the renewal process and address any compliance issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Prepare reports on license renewal status, trends, and compliance for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all sensitive licensing information.
- Nationality: Emirati (Required)
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in licensing, renewal processes, or regulatory compliance within a government entity is preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
