BIM Modeler - Interior Design - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and maintain detailed interior design BIM models in Revit from concept to construction documentation
• Manage BIM model health, performance optimization, and enforcement of project standards
• Create and manage families, parameters, and templates for interior design and hospitality FF and E elements
• Produce construction drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules directly from BIM models
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural teams, and consultants to resolve clashes using coordination tools
• Lead internal BIM coordination meetings to ensure accurate and conflict-free interior design representation
• Develop and maintain standardized BIM libraries for custom millwork, furniture, and interior fixtures
• Translate interior design concepts and sketches into technically accurate and buildable BIM models
• Support visualization through 3D views, renderings, and walkthroughs extracted from BIM models
• Assist in creating data-rich models for specifications, cost estimation, and facility management
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, codes, and standards

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design BIM roles
• Strong proficiency in Revit for hospitality and high-end interior projects
• Experience producing detailed technical documentation and coordinated BIM models
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination workflows and clash resolution
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Work on premium hospitality and mixed-use developments in Dubai
