MERCHANDISER

• Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and planograms
• Arrange shelves, racks, and promotional displays to maximize visibility and sales
• Maintain attractive and organized product presentation in stores
• Install promotional materials such as banners, posters, and price tags

• Monitor stock levels at retail outlets
• Ensure timely replenishment of products
• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items
• Coordinate with sales team for stock requirements

• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective merchandising
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches

• Report stock issues, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with distributors, store managers, and sales representatives
• Maintain daily/weekly merchandising reports

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales preferred
• Good understanding of retail operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to travel between store locations (if required)
