We specialize in providing high-quality automotive solutions and services to international clients, aiming to expand our market presence and enhance customer satisfaction.Job Description:As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with international clients in the automobile industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services effectively. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive market dynamics.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the automobile industry.
  • Identify potential clients, assess their needs, and establish long-term relationships to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and proposals according to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive technology, regulations, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend business meetings, and explore new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales roles within the automobile industry, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, services, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
