I'm currently supporting a well-established international organisation in the UAE on a confidential search for a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to join their Corporate Planning / Business Operations function.This role will play a key part in managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and contract compliance across the business.Key responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier sourcing and evaluation
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve operational issues
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks
  • Support internal stakeholders on procurement strategy and cost optimisation
Key requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in procurement / contracts / supply chain
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Understanding of contract compliance and commercial terms
  • Experience working across regional markets (MEA exposure is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
