- Develop and manage 3D MEP BIM models using Revit in coordination with project teams
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks and BIM 360 tools
- Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP engineers to maintain spatial accuracy
- Update models based on design revisions and site conditions to reflect as-built accuracy
- Generate detailed shop drawings from coordinated BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works
- Ensure all BIM work aligns with project-specific standards, LOD requirements, and local UAE regulations
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
- 4 to 6 years of UAE experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems within construction projects
- Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms
- Solid understanding of HVAC, drainage, water supply, power, and ELV systems integration
- Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and meet fast-paced deadlines
