- Support field engineers - you're the calm in the storm
- Own the lifecycle of devices (from setup to patching to retirement)
- Work hands-on with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory
- Keep endpoints secure, updated, and compliant
- Deliver white-glove support for VIPs when needed
- Document, streamline, and improve how EUC support gets doneWhat you bring- 5-8 years in IT support / infrastructure (L2 experience is key)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, M365, mobile devices
- Confidence with endpoint tools: Intune, SCCM, JAMF, AD
- Understanding of patching, software deployment & group policies
- A knack for solving problems under pressure - with a smileBonus Points if you have
- ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104)
- CompTIA, Citrix, or VMware Horizon training
