This role plays a key part in strengthening financial governance by supporting budgeting cycles, business plan development, and performance tracking across the organization. It directly impacts financial strategy, cost control, and long-term planning within ADNOC Group.Key Responsibilities
- Support development of financial planning guidelines and budgeting frameworks
- Assist in reviewing financial policies and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with group companies to collect and validate business plan data
- Analyze financial submissions and prepare consolidated reports for management
- Develop financial models and planning scenarios to support strategic decisions
- Contribute to preparation of long-term business plans and forecasts
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and planning committees
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis across key metrics
- Support preparation of budgeting documents and planning booklets
- Assist in quarterly and annual financial review processes
- Participate in ERP and financial system enhancements and optimizations
- Coordinate recharge processes and align cost allocations across group entities
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning tools
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment
