This role plays a key part in strengthening financial governance by supporting budgeting cycles, business plan development, and performance tracking across the organization. It directly impacts financial strategy, cost control, and long-term planning within ADNOC Group.Key Responsibilities
  • Support development of financial planning guidelines and budgeting frameworks
  • Assist in reviewing financial policies and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate with group companies to collect and validate business plan data
  • Analyze financial submissions and prepare consolidated reports for management
  • Develop financial models and planning scenarios to support strategic decisions
  • Contribute to preparation of long-term business plans and forecasts
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and planning committees
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis across key metrics
  • Support preparation of budgeting documents and planning booklets
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial review processes
  • Participate in ERP and financial system enhancements and optimizations
  • Coordinate recharge processes and align cost allocations across group entities
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by management
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning tools
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment
