- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and employees.
- Analyze the skills and knowledge gaps within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
- Organize logistics for training events, including venues, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with internal or external trainers and facilitators.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, tests, and performance assessments.
- Analyze data to measure training outcomes.
- Adjust training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and completion rates.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and industry standards. Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
- Communicate training schedules and requirements to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for training-related queries and issues.
- Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain awareness of legal requirements related to employee training and development.
- Supporting the LIF staff with the daily tasks.
- Acting as the extended hand of the LIF Director whenever needed.
- Supports with actively proposing solutions which make the LIF offerings better and/or more attractive.
- Actively supports with the implementation, or execution, of critical solutions for LIF operations (such as Learning Management Systems)
- Minimum 2 years of experience from relevant field of work.
- Good practical knowledge operations from a Training and Education related environment.
- Sales and Marketing related experience if beneficial Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
- Training Planning and Coordination
- Creation of KPIs and reporting throughout company structures of the same.
- Advanced MS Office user with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fundamental understanding of stakeholder engagement.
- Very strong people skills.
- Network of Learning and Development related ecosystem in the UAE (strongly preferred)
- SCRUM master (preferred)
