Qualification: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in EngineeringMandatory Experience in HVAC, construction, installation & commissioning.Job Responsibilities:
Project Handling Supervisor/Engineer Understanding of project handling, scheduling, and execution. • Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or construction industry processes. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications. • Strong skills to supervise teams, vendors, and subcontractors. • Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. • Reporting & Documentation: • Ability to generate progress reports, cost analysis, and documentation for management.
Job Responsibilities • Supervise & Coordinate: Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work follows safety protocols and industry standards. • Customer Interaction: Handle client communication, address concerns, and provide updates. • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of project progress, materials, and costs.
