We are seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team on a site-based fit-out project in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both pre- and post-contract stages within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with pre-contract activities, including cost planning, estimating, and tender analysis
  • Support post-contract duties such as valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and track budget performance
  • Prepare and review subcontractor packages and payments
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure commercial control and reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience, preferably within fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of both pre- and post-contract processes
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a site-based role
