Context:As a Senior Architect in our design office, you will lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring innovative, functional, and high-quality design solutions. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Missions/Main Duties:

Lead and oversee the architectural design process from concept to project completion.
Manage project teams, providing clear direction, coordination, and support.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.

Profile/Skills:

Relevant Architectural qualification, e.g. B.Arch / M.Arch
Project experience in Transportation (Rail, Metro, Stations, Depot)
Minimum of 7-10 years of architectural design experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of building codes and sustainable design practices.
Full working proficiency in English.
