Context:Plumbing and Fire Fighting Engineer Missions/Main Duties:
  • Responsible for the design reviews and coordination of plumbing(water supply, drainage) and fire protection systems
  • Ensure Compliance with relevant local/Dubai/UAE and international codes(NFFPA, IPC etc)
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinery teams to resolve clashes, ensure spatial planning, and integrate MEP solutions
Profile/Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Relevant certifications and experiences with Duabi regulatory requirements are an advantage.Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in design of Plumbing and fire fighting systems, preferably on metro rail or large infrastructure projects.Background:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing layouts, fire fighting system schematics, local authority approval processes, and BIM/design tool proficiency required.
  • Successful track record on rail and metro projects.
  • Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
  • Preferably with UAE experience, GCC experience would be advantageous
