Job DescriptionWaiters | Dubai | Ultra Luxury HotelWe are excited to announce the opening of a new ultra-luxury hotel resort in Dubai and are looking for enthusiastic WAITERS to join the team.Start date is 1st May 2026.Comprehensive 10-week training program will be provided.Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a service-focused mindset.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining elegance and precision.
  • Maintain thorough menu knowledge to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in line with 5-star hospitality requirements.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests gracefully, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with team members to deliver seamless dining experiences.
  • Promote signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Hospitality qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
  • Previous bartending experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
