• Organizing the implementation and broadcasting of live and recorded radio programs for the Quran Radio Station, including live coverage of various religious events.
• Collaborating with the Head of Content Creation Unit in formulating and executing the programming strategy for the Quran Radio Station.
• Developing plans for enhancing creative input in production to meet the requirements of programs, marketing, and commercial advertisements.
• Ensuring the delivery of religious content that aligns with religious, legal, and artistic standards while adhering to the state's directives.
• Activating programs and managing and directing involved parties to ensure accurate compliance with key requirements.
• Coordinating the participation of guests and callers during live programs.
• Reviewing and auditing audio material before broadcasting to ensure its accuracy, compliance with religious and media standards, and absence of technical errors.
• Making and implementing necessary edits to all types of audio materials to ensure the highest quality levels in programs.
• Conducting recording and editing processes and managing time to ensure all requirements are completed effectively and delivered on schedule.
• Organizing workflows with presenters, directors, and coordinators to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of desired objectives.
• Keeping up with the latest trends in religious content production and applying them to enhance the listener experience.
• Utilizing technical equipment and the latest recording and editing software to improve the quality of work outputs.
• Preparing periodic reports on program performance, analyzing results, and providing recommendations to improve production quality.
• Monitoring performance indicators and providing updates to management regarding projects, programs, and production progress.
• Ensuring that all programs and audio materials of all types comply with religious standards and the company’s media policies.
• Supervising scripts, content, and audio materials, and preparing recommendations to ensure no errors or breaches occur in religious content.
• Preparing and coordinating the daily 24-hour radio broadcast schedule, including integrating commercial advertisements into the broadcast as per the daily commercial advertisement schedule provided by the commercial department. Reviewing the broadcast schedule to ensure all details, including Quran recitations, prayers, live programs, recorded programs, segments, breaks, slogans, and prayer times, are accurate. Verifying the timings and schedules for all these elements and audio materials to avoid any errors.

• Familiarity with financial and procurement procedures relevant to the company.
• Comprehensive understanding of the media identity standards of Company.
• Familiarity with the policies, procedures, and systems of the radio network.
• Knowledge of work processes and procedures in the Content Center.
• Familiarity with methods for assessing and analyzing listener trends within the target audience.
• Expertise in production mechanisms, technical skills, and technologies for executing, broadcasting, and coordinating programs.
• Knowledge of software and systems used for radio broadcast scheduling.
• Quick thinking and adaptability in handling immediate changes and emergency situations.
• High precision in organizing work processes and ensuring accurate timing for broadcasting live programs, prayer calls, and prayers.

• For example: live broadcasting of Friday prayers weekly, and live broadcasting of Isha and Taraweeh prayers during Ramadan.
