You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of network solutions that meet customer requirements and industry best practices.Job Responsibilities

Responsible to learn all aspects of the Networking solution portfolio and its lifecycle.
Provide assistance to the Sales and Solution teams in Post-Sales and Solution Design support for Networking projects.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the Networking domain to ensure the company's solutions remain competitive.
Assist in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Provide onsite and remote support services to ARC clients across the UAE and other regions as required.
Maintain and pursue relevant Networking Vendor Certifications
Monitor network performance and assist in identifying potential issues and escalating to senior engineers for resolution.
Take initiative, work collaboratively with project teams, and execute assigned tasks with accountability and attention to detail.
Handle client network information and configurations with confidentiality and professional discretion.

Job RequirementsQualifications

Graduate / Diploma engineer in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science

Knowledge & Skills

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting.
Familiarity with network devices and technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Awareness of network security concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
Ability to document technical information clearly and accurately.
Eagerness to learn and pursue vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE).
Ability to work under supervision while demonstrating initiative and a willingness to grow in the networking domain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for reporting and documentation.
