- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE/GCC market.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market mapping, customer profiling, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain account health.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4 years of sales experience, or strong potential in client-facing commercial roles.
- Candidates with experience in laboratory diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Good commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
