Investment AnalystA leading investment management platform is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Real Assets team in the UAE.This role offers the opportunity to work across a diversified portfolio of real estate, infrastructure, and private market investments, supporting the full investment lifecycle from origination through to asset management.The OpportunityYou will join a high-performing team focused on income-generating and value-add real asset strategies across regional and international markets.The role provides strong exposure to deal execution, portfolio management, and investor-facing activity, working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sourcing and execution of real estate and infrastructure investments
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis)
  • Conduct market research and asset-level analysis across sectors such as logistics, residential, commercial, and infrastructure
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational workstreams
  • Prepare investment memos, IC papers, and client presentations
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including asset management and value creation initiatives
  • Liaise with external partners including operators, developers, advisors, and co-investors
Candidate Profile
  • 2-5 years' experience in real estate, infrastructure, private equity, or investment banking
  • Strong experience in real assets financial modelling
  • Exposure to direct deals, fund investments, or asset-level analysis
  • Understanding of income-generating assets and valuation methodologies
  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field; CFA or RICS is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Based in the UAE or open to relocating
