- Support the Commercial Manager and / or Sales Manager by executing assigned commercial & Sales tasks dutifully and with a high degree of passion for selling
- Compile and create commercial reports and statistics on request of the Commercial Manager
- Plan and execute detailed action plans to support revenue generation in your assigned customer segment and beat the competition
- Support the Commercial Manager administratively when preparing budgets, strategy plans, forecasts or marketing / PR plans
- Actively and independently manage allocated accounts to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Help to ensure that all rates are loaded correctly in systems / channels
- Invest time in searching for innovative approaches to generate revenue (also in F&B), sharing them on a regular basis with the Commercial Manager
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills

- Confident telephone manner
- High level of IT skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
- Demonstrated previous experience working in the Conference and Events function
- Qualification, degree, or certification in a relevant field
