Transfer unclaimed funds (lost and found money) from Abu Dhabi Police to the account allocated by the Authority, in coordination with the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, as a designated pool for such funds.Prepare comprehensive databases containing all details of the deposited funds, and follow up on the funds with the competent authorities within the specified timeframes, in accordance with the conditions set by the applicable regulations and bylaws in this regard.Develop initiatives and campaigns to encourage individuals to engage with the Authority’s programs and transform them into contributors, utilizing various digital channels to achieve these objectives.Propose all policies and procedures related to managing contributions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in line with the applicable systems and regulations.Develop policies and procedures based on methodologies provided by the entities concerned with institutional development and procedural operations.Manage the process of establishing procedures, defining process owners, describing procedures, and preparing the necessary forms and templates as part of the management’s responsibilities concerning the funds under the department’s jurisdiction, including overseeing and safeguarding them and managing their procedural operations.Apply the latest and most appropriate tools and methodologies for analysis and planning.Update policies and procedures in accordance with best practices, strategies, and approved methodologies for implementation.Implement amendments and changes that arise in relation to endowment policies and procedures.Monitor projects aimed at improving policies and procedures and ensure their activation and proper implementation before full execution.
Specialist: starting 34,500 and there is 2% on each extra year of experience the candidate has after the minimum years of experience of the grade OR between 5% to15% salary increase depending on the candidate current salary and whether he is working in Abu Dhabi government or private sector.
