Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties.Mubadala Health Dubai, part of M42, is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to join its growing specialty services. The role offers an opportunity to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based dermatology care within a well‑established, patient‑centred clinical setting, supported by multidisciplinary collaboration and robust clinical governance. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive dermatological services while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, professionalism, and ethical practice. Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert dermatology consultations and management for adult patients across a wide range of medical and cosmetic dermatological conditions.
  • Conduct outpatient clinics and perform dermatological procedures in line with scope of practice and clinical need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on international best‑practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
  • Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety activities.
  • Contribute to patient education, counselling, and long‑term disease management where applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Recognised medical degree with Consultant‑level qualification in Dermatology (e.g. CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent).
  • Eligibility for DOH licensure as a Consultant Dermatologist.
  • Demonstrated post‑qualification experience at Consultant level in a reputable clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical judgment with a patient‑focused and ethical approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
