- Lead urban advisory project delivery ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Develop urban strategies, masterplans, and policy frameworks for cities and major developments
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear coordination and execution
- Advise clients on land use, development positioning, and strategic planning decisions
- Build analytical models for population growth, employment, and infrastructure demand
- Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and resilience strategies
- Oversee multidisciplinary project teams from concept through delivery
- Produce and review market studies, socio-economic analysis, and business cases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and private developers
- Contribute to methodology development, innovation, and best practice frameworks
- Mentor junior team members and support professional development
- Support business development and client engagement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in urban advisory or masterplanning roles
- Strong experience in urban strategy, policy development, and economic planning
- Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience working with government authorities and large developers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Working towards or holding professional membership in planning or design bodies
