You will implement individualized learning plans and inclusive teaching strategies to promote student success across the curriculum.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning differences
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate lessons in alignment with USA Common Core standards
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored feedback
  • Promote inclusive learning practices and a positive classroom environment
  • Liaise with parents and specialists to ensure holistic support for students
🎓 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Inclusion, or a related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in inclusion or SEN support
  • Experience with the American curriculum (USA Common Core) preferred
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusive education
