JPC - 3635 - Manager Home Finance OperationLocation: DubaiContract Type: Direct PermanentExperience: 3-5 yearsRole Purpose Summary:This position is responsible the operational management of Home Finance Operations related to home financing. It involves handling various responsibilities to ensure efficient support for retail business operations, including supervising a team of 7-10 staff members reporting to the manager.
  • The Disbursement Process Maker function for customer financing disbursement is currently handling over 700 transactions per month, with a total monthly booking exceeding AED 1 billion.
  • Robust Risk and Controls Framework: Ensuring support for high-ticket business HF deals during disbursement.
  • Sharia Compliance: Adhering to policy and associated sharia board fatwas.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Validations to protect from operational losses and disbursement risks.
  • Control and Audit Reviews: Ensuring effective contract issuance and disbursement oversight.
  • Digitalization and Process Improvement: Enhancing customer experience.
  • People Management: Managing personnel effectively.
The said role is critical to lead and manage operational support in order to contribute in achieving vision and strategy to be the key and successful player in the local and international market in home finance domain.Responsibilities:
  • Identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships, working effectively and cooperatively establishing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Managing the disbursement of finance Process end-to-end to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the credit application.
  • Complete Adherence with Sharia law and ensure processes are aligned in line with Sharia guidelines and regulatory guidelines.
  • Embedding controls to ensure that the transactions are processed with proper due diligence as per s Financing Policy guidelines.
  • Ensuring product level UATs on projects of Home Finance that includes system parameter change, integration, strategic projects considering end to end from Operations perspective.
  • Ensure existing controls related to Contract issuance and Disbursement of Home Finance Unit operations are maintained tight and high quality operational and administrative controls.
  • Ensure staffs have been nominated for necessary trainings and management programs to improve their capabilities.
  • Managing Home Finance transactions, related to Contract issuance, Disbursement and Takaful activities, ensuring effective and timely action for better customer’s service and experience adhering to service delivery standards.
  • Periodic review of operational processes to improvement efficiency and controls thereby to enhance customer’s experience.
  • Responsible for automation / digitization of the process in Home Finance Operations including but not limited to disbursement process.
  • Responsible for process re-engineering / enhancement for all sub processes in Home Finance Operations including but not limited to disbursement process. fi
  • Monitoring and keeping Department Budget within the allocated limit.
Identification of root causes for complaints and setting the best innovative solution to make the process smoother and developing new ways to deal with problems & opportunities.
