- Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Execute HVAC and LSP works at site as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning in compliance with project standards and local authority regulations.
- Chilled water piping (CHW supply & return)
- Refrigerant piping (DX / VRF systems)
- GI / PI ducting systems
- AHUs, FCUs, VRF outdoor & indoor units
- Ventilation & exhaust systems
- Ensure proper supports, vibration isolators, insulation, and alignment.
- Verify installation of dampers, VCDs, FSDs, diffusers, grilles, and louvers.
- Coordinate equipment positioning with civil and electrical teams.
- Conduct duct leakage testing.
- Supervise pressure testing and flushing of CHW piping.
- Monitor air balancing and water balancing.
- Assist in HVAC startup and performance testing.
- Domestic cold & hot water piping
- Drainage & soil/waste piping
- Storm water piping
- Water heaters and transfer pumps
- Sanitary fixtures installation
- Ensure proper slope, alignment, supports, and insulation.
