- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for all assigned accounts.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan, maintain, and execute a content calendar for each exhibition or project.
- Monitor, engage with, and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
- Oversee 14+ social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely updates.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content and visuals.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and prepare detailed performance reports.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve results.
- Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Analyze user engagement, traffic data, and ad effectiveness to inform decision-making.
- Proven agency experience is essential.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are critical due to the high volume of accounts.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
