Job Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities
- Manage master planning, architecture, and landscape consultants
- Oversee project delivery in collaboration with Project Management teams
- Define development strategies and conduct high-level feasibility studies
- Prepare detailed business plans and manage project budgets
- Develop board-level presentations and strategic reports
- Identify appropriate product mix for developments to maximize value
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and legal
- Liaise with authorities to secure permits and approvals
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Engineering; MBA or PMP is a plus
- 12+ years of experience with at least 6 years in real estate master development
- Proven track record of large-scale development projects in the Gulf (Dubai experience preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Estate Master, MS Project, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, feasibility, and corporate governance
