Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or branded restaurantWhat You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and engaging welcome experience
- Manage reservations, special occasions, and guest inquiries according to F&B standards
- Escort guests to tables, brief service staff, and introduce menus and specials
- Maintain guest profiles, anticipate preferences, and ensure confidentiality
- Handle calls professionally and manage accurate reservation data
- Support inventory, daily checklists, and operational tasks
- Attend trainings, manage complaints professionally, and uphold Jumeirah service standards
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages like Russian or European are an advantage
- Familiarity with Micros, SevenRooms, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and thrive under pressure
