- Writing and preparing reports and submitting them to the officials.
- Receiving calls and transferring them to the specialized staff.
- Setting and recording appointments with clients.
- Receive and respond to e-mail messages.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls and transfer such calls to the concerned parties
- Respond to queries relating to in house activities and functions and/or direct callers to the concerned party/appropriate source of information
- Record complaints and suggestions into the complaint and suggestions electronic tracking system
- Manage the main e-mail system of in house and other telecommunication systems by preparing/receiving of messages and forwarding such messages to the concerned parties
- Forward emergency telephone calls to concerned personnel mobile phones in case such telephone calls are received outside normal office hours
- Forward enquiries received outside normal office hours, by e-mail, to the concerned parties
- Maintain the equipment and tools used and inform Senior Officer – Contact Center in case of any problems
- Handle all issues with courtesy as per client image and standards
- Collect feedback on customer satisfaction through feedback surveys and SLAs
- Carry out administrative functions such as coordination of guests, managing event logistics etc. in accordance with the policies and procedures of client
