Minimum 10 years of experience in a hospital with at least 5 years of management experience.
Establish an appropriate structure for the pharmacy section, both at central and entity level, to be capable of delivering the high standard wide range of pharmacy services.
Inspire innovative and transformational approach in pharmacy practice and pharmacy informatics with the ability to critically examine the range and quality of services in relation to hospital/ laboratory needs and emerging trends.
Monitor and ensure all pharmacy procurement and supply chain activities are following the best practice recommended by WHO standards.
Maintain contact with COOs, department heads, clinical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes, and promote effective drug therapy
