Senior Manager Pharmacy Veterinary

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a hospital with at least 5 years of management experience.
• Establish an appropriate structure for the pharmacy section, both at central and entity level, to be capable of delivering the high standard wide range of pharmacy services.
• Inspire innovative and transformational approach in pharmacy practice and pharmacy informatics with the ability to critically examine the range and quality of services in relation to hospital/ laboratory needs and emerging trends.
• Monitor and ensure all pharmacy procurement and supply chain activities are following the best practice recommended by WHO standards.
• Maintain contact with COOs, department heads, clinical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes, and promote effective drug therapy
