Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with company financial standards and procedures.
Coordinate preparation of accurate monthly and annual financial closing reports.
Ensure proper booking of accruals and financial adjustments during reporting periods.
Review and reconcile control accounts to ensure consistency between subsidiary ledgers and the general ledger.
Analyse cost reports to confirm proper cost allocation and investigate any financial discrepancies.
Implement budgetary controls and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Verify supplier invoices and ensure payments are processed according to contractual terms.
Review payroll documentation and confirm accuracy of salary payments and payroll-related transactions.
Monitor payroll expenditure against allocated budgets and investigate any variances.
Manage company bank accounts and ensure effective cash management practices.
Perform bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of financial records against bank statements.
Support preparation of financial management reports and internal financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting control procedures.
Experience managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
Ability to supervise accounting staff and coordinate financial reporting activities.
Strong analytical and financial reconciliation skills.
Proficiency in accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and spreadsheet software.
