As our client's Business Development Manager, you'll play a central role in expanding the firm's investor base and deepening engagement with their target segments.As our client's Business Development Manager, you'll play a central role in expanding the firm's investor base and deepening engagement with their target segments. You will:

Source and secure new capital across asset classes (PE, PC, RE) from institutional, family office, and individual investors.
Own the fundraising process-from analysis and structuring to pitch delivery and follow-up.
Partner with senior leadership in refining and executing the go-to-market strategy.
Develop compelling presentations, marketing materials, and investor proposals tailored to different segments' interests and risk appetites.
Manage ongoing investor relationships by providing updates, coordinating review meetings, and maintaining transparency and trust.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform and strengthen strategic positioning.

Excellent exposureOpportunity to join a growing organisation

7-10 years of business development, fundraising, or investor relations experience within private equity, asset management, or financial services.
Proven success working with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
A working knowledge of private credit and real estate investment structures (in addition to PE).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic acumen.
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
