- Handle the emails received from the call centre & CRU Department.
- Handle the complains that are received & make sure to resolve within the agreed TAT.
- Prepare the Team & RM Daily progress Report.
- Share Data related to the ODD cases to the senior management regarding the progress.
- Arrange for the AC Services Blocking & ATM Card Deactivation in case of pending ODD cases.
- Arrange to reactivate the AC Services in case of Completed ODD Cases.
- Banking Experience is must
- Good knowledge of Products & services
- Good knowledge of Service Policies & Procedures
- Fair Knowledge of banking practices, regulations & risks
- Good Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by regulatory authorities
- Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the regulatory authorities
- Computer skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent in Excel.
