As Senior Sales Manager, you will develop and manage a strategic portfolio of accounts across the GCC, Turkey, and South Africa. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and driving top-line revenue in the leisure and consortia segments for Jumeirah Beach Hotel.Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for assigned territories, including regular travel for exhibitions, client meetings, and sales calls
- Execute Jumeirah's sales and marketing strategy to achieve room night and revenue targets
- Maintain active engagement with key partners to maximize account performance
- Research and develop new business opportunities through market insights and competitive analysis
- Ensure Salesforce database is updated with accurate client histories and profiles
- Collaborate with cross-functional hotel teams to align strategic goals and deliver service excellence
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably within a 5-star international brand
- Proven ability to manage regional portfolios in the GCC, Turkey, or South Africa
- Strong business acumen with ability to drive revenue and close high-value deals
- Proficient in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Ability to travel regionally for business development and client engagement
