- Develop and manage global standards, processes and tools for RSC/Ploom Expert programs to ensure consistency, efficiency and long-term strategy alignment
- Support GTR regions in implementing global strategies, programs, and KPI-driven performance evaluations
- Design and deliver training programs and materials, ensuring compliance with legal and communication guidelines
- Drive innovation in consumer engagement tools and digital applications, working closely with IT and BI teams
- Lead the development of trade engagement materials and support Ploom rollouts across markets
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for all topics related to Retail Sales Consultants (RSCs) and Ploom Experts across GTR
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure cost transparency and optimization of agency-managed resources
- Manage ad hoc projects and cross-functional support in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Legal and other GTR teams
- Education: University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in FMCG marketing and sales, preferably in travel retail and international environments, strong background in project management, process development and sales training
- Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, other languages are an advantage
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, internet tools and iOS applications (iPad)
