- Promote value-added services and contribute to achieving service revenue targets
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner
- Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation in line with company policies
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and repeat business levels
- Experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or bodyshop environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic technical understanding of vehicle service and repair processes
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
