- Design and develop creative visuals for social media platforms, including posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, GIFs, and other formats
- Translate creative briefs into innovative, high-quality designs that align with brand identity
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and motion designers to bring campaign ideas to life
- Maintain creative consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Manage timelines to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Stay updated with evolving design and social media trends, formats, and platform specifications
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand visual identity guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in social media or digital design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media work across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media formats and specifications for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
