- Respond to housekeeping service requests from guests promptly
- Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to the appropriate department
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation guidelines during cleaning activities
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or hospitality services preferred
- Ability to perform physically active tasks including lifting and moving cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail when preparing guest rooms and maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to complete assigned cleaning schedules efficiently
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with housekeeping teams
